KullGrid supports WhatsApp-first customer conversations, services, bookings, schedules, payment status, customer context, operational workspaces, and related tools. Exact capabilities depend on the selected plan, tenant configuration, connected providers, entitlements, and any signed Enterprise scope.
Customers remain responsible for lawful messaging use, accurate service and business information, staff access, operational policies, customer communications, provider accounts, and the decisions made by authorized users. Teams should configure escalation and human-review boundaries before relying on automation.
Starter, Growth, and Pro have monthly and prepaid annual base prices in GHS. Enterprise begins from the published monthly base but is sales-led and contract-scoped. If tax collection is activated, the exact tax lines and total must be shown before payment. Add-ons and higher usage require an explicit purchase or quote; no volume charge should be added silently.
Plan changes are subject to entitlement, capacity, billing, and current workspace-state checks. A downgrade cannot silently leave a tenant in an invalid over-capacity state. Applicable timing, remaining paid access, credits, refunds, and migration steps must be confirmed before a change.
WhatsApp, payment, Google Maps Platform, and other connected services remain subject to their provider terms, approval processes, availability, and technical constraints. Use of optional storefront Maps features is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service. KullGrid cannot promise a provider’s approval, delivery, settlement, map result, or uninterrupted service on the provider’s behalf.
Enterprise capabilities, staff and location capacity, usage, onboarding, governance, service levels, support, integrations, and annual commercial terms are stated in the signed contract.
